I appreciate that there have been updates since we last went. My kids love it but I rarely bring them. I know the needing to pay as an adult has been acknowledged before but I truly hope my comment will be listened to, as I’d love to bring my kids more and see a local business thrive.
I see no reason with the current setup why I should have to pay for myself. I am asked to follow my kids around and clean up after them/teach them to clean up. I already do that at home. I don’t want to pay to do that. If I’m going to pay, I want to have a comfy couch to sit on and be able to let my kids play freely without being expected to clean up after them. Should I clean up as a good human? Yes. But I’m giving money to a place of business-I should get some value out of my money. I would value relaxing while my kids play. On the other hand, if I didn’t have to pay for myself, I would bring my kids WAY more because THEY are the ones getting value for the money. I would gladly follow them and help them clean up at that point. If you go to kids places in Utah, yes all of them have adults pay, but if you go to Boise, many places do NOT have parents pay. I’ve even been to a place where I get a comfy couch and I don’t have to pay for myself.
I understand this review may change nothing, but I imagine I’m not in the minority of parents who would bring their kids way more if they either didn’t have to pay as an adult, or they got a much better experience for the money as the...

Read moreSeems there's not many indoor activity centers for younger kids in the area, so this place likely fills a niche in that respect. We live out in the sticks of Idaho and its several hours to come into Idaho Falls for shopping and doctor's appts, so I thought this might be a place where my kids could get some activity after the long drive. It did fill that need, however, I must say that neither my wife and I were impressed. We'd thought we'd give it a try, being a Monday with the advertised BOGO deal, but they weren't honoring that since apparently it was a no-school day. So $29 for my two young kids along with my wife and I. Most kids' activity centers I've been at in other places allow an adult to accompany a child for free or for only a couple bucks. Given that the parents are there to monitor and direct the child, the price charged for adults seems awfully high. A couple of the toys were broken, or some parts weren't working. There are some cool themed activity stations, but there is no guidance or direction as one would have at a science center or children's museum.
So, in summary, if you are in need of an indoor place for kids to run off some energy and have some fun, this could be a good fit. However, as for my family, it was a disappointment, not worth the cost, and we likely...
