One of the recliners had bonded leather and it had started coming apart and the warranty was out but Ms Sun the owner replaced the chair out of her own pocket. $400.00 chair. We felt bad about it but that is what she wanted to do. That is the kind of lady she is. I bought a recliner and a sofa end table. I have not had any trouble from either one.
