We purchased a J Henry sectional from a local dealer here with the promise of a manufacturer’s warranty. After experiencing severe structural problems within about six months, I contacted the local store and they put me in touch with two people at J Henry (Lee and Kevin Caldwell, the owner) to work through warranty issues. I spent months emailing periodically with ZERO response from them. They completely refused to even respond to me, much less come through on the warranty they promised. The back of our couch is coming apart, with staples protruding from the frame. The frame is bowed along the back, and it also pops and squeaks with any weight put on it, as if the frame may pop apart at any point. Our local store that sold me this is giving me store credit for the full amount since the manufacturer isn’t coming through on their warranty, which I appreciate so much. But that was never their responsibility, and I feel for them as a small business having to take the fall for J Henry.
