Customer Service is terrible!!! They Rushed me as if they didn’t want my business . They never actually helped me. I was looking for a vape pen , they showed me 1 pen that was 21$ That came without a usb charger then she turned an walked away from me to talk with her co-workers , then she said if I wanted the charger it would be another 11$ I didn’t understand why but o well. they never showed or offered any other options . The girl that waited on me was very rude and short with me as if I was bothering her . I don’t go there a lot, but I’ve been there enough to recognize that this particular location ( Mt Carmel ) has issues dealing with black people . They don’t have to worry about me spending my hard earned dollars with them ever again! And if you are a black person STAY AWAY !! I feel they over charge when your skin is black!!!.... I only go there cause it’s close to my house BUT! I will not be disrespected ever again because I don’t want to dive a few...

I will not be returning to this shop again, their products are garbage and the staff is useless.

Some of the stock is okay, but this place has problems. Sales people are pushy and uninformed. It was obvious that the woman helping us didn't know what she was talking about. She wasn't able to provide us the information we needed, she was just saying whatever she needed to sell us stuff. One employee was more concerned about eating lunch behind the counter than helping us, and kept saying "oh I would help you but I have chili fingers" until her coworker returned.

They don't let you put water in any of the pieces to see how they fill, or draw. The glass my friend bought is poorly made and awkward to use - something you could only know by filling it. They also take advantage of an inexperienced customer, the additional accessories they pushed on him were useless, poorly made, and don't work...

I have been there twice in the past two months. Both times I was completely ignored. The staff seems very unprofessional. The first time I listened to the girl behind the counter talk about her baby's daddy, her "legal" issues and lots of other garbage. The second time....Same thing. I understand that this is a head shop, but I am also a person and feel like I deserve to be acknowledged. Especially when I'm there to spend my hard earned money on overpriced merchandise that I can get for half the cost on the internet. They have made quite a few changes to the inside of the store....They have LOTS of cases filled with pipes and other products. They don't have a lot of clothes anymore, but it looks much cleaner and uncluttered now. I wouldn't know how knowledgeable the staff is, because as I said, I'm ALWAYS ignored...
