Noble Chicken — Restaurant in Union Township

I really wanted to love Noble Chicken since it’s new in the area, but my experience wasn’t great. The “Noble Sauce” tasted soured, to the point where I started dry heaving. They had just put the sauce in the container, so it couldn’t have been truly rancid, but something was definitely off. I’m not sure if it was made incorrectly or if that’s just how it’s supposed to taste, but either way, it wasn’t for me.

The chicken tenders were just OK. They were soggy by the time I got home (a four-minute drive), likely due to moisture being trapped in the box. A different packaging choice could probably help, but it’s not something I’m rushing to try again.

The queso mac & cheese sounded great in theory but was under-seasoned and lacked any standout flavor. It just tasted synthetic, like something was missing. Sometimes, simple is better—if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Overall, everything just tasted “OK” and like it was missing something. I normally wouldn’t leave a review for an average meal, but the sauce situation was bad enough that I felt it was important to share. I ordered from here through Doordash, and this restaurant does not seal their bags, which makes it very easy for a dasher to tamper with or steal the food. My side of ghost pepper mozzarella sticks were missing, and the wrapper on my chicken sandwich in my Fiery Southwest Meal was somewhat open. I believe that my chicken sandwich was tampered with, and my cheese sticks were stolen. Also, my chicken sandwich did not have any avocado on it. This is not acceptable, especially when Doordash doesn't want to provide a refund when items are missing that I paid for. I will not be ordering from here again. Me and my wife ordered some takeout on the way home from work. I got their fiery southwest sandwich and it was ok, most of the dressing was in the back of the burger, wasn't very spicy, would rate it a 3/10 with flavor being 5/10. The wife got the BBP, her sandwich was a spice level of 3/10 but taste was delicious 8/10.
