I ordered from from this florist as they seem to have the best reviews after a lot of googling. That said, I wasn't impressed with the flowers that were delivered for my sister's bday. She just moved down south less than a month ago and I didn't want them to be delivered after her bday so I was limited in my options. I chose Designer Choice Vibrant colors, while upgrading to Deluxe, with a balloon & card. It just wasn't what I had hoped for from the description so I'm disappointed with the lack of Vibrant colors and the amount of "filler" flowers that seemed to dominate the arrangement. I thought & hoped upgrading to Deluxe would allow the florist a more options of beautiful vibrant flowers but that wasn't the case. My sister said she liked them but I could tell she wasn't over the moon excited about them either. They were delivered on time with the balloon and the card was printed exactly how I had written it so that was good. Lesson learned to never use "Designer's Choice" from any florist in the future. Don't know if I'll use this florist in the future for my sister, only...

My Mom ordered flowers for my Uncle's funeral. She ordered the deluxe arrangement. His viewing started on Saturday at 1130am. We asked for the flowers to be delivered Friday so they would be there on time. When we arrived to the viewing the flowers were not there. The funeral home called to find out where the flowers were. They said they would be delivered shortly. The flowers finally arrived at 1:15pm. This was a HUGE let down. The flowers also seemed like a small arrangement for the deluxe price. We are from out of town so it's quite disappointing to order flowers online and then have all these issues. No one should have to hunt down their flowers at a time like this. You should be able to focus on your family, but we were not...

I owe my husband an apology. He was on a business trip that endured snow delays for his flight. I thought he forgot my birthday! Turns out, he had ordered these flowers from the airport. Through a series of a chain of events and help from the airlines reservation desk, he got home to see that he made it home before the flowers ..eta 6-7:30 pm. That's when i realized what had happened...I should have know better after 35 yrs of marriage. We went out for a late dinner to return to flowers sitting at our front door. I can't believe $65 for the arrangement but I soo appreciate his efforts. "When life gives you lemons" it's hard to want lemonade on...
