Redi Care Urgent Care — Local services in Anderson

With a "touch" of bronchitis, I decided to try Redi Care in Anderson for some meds. I have to say that it was one of the best doctor's office visits ever. In and out in about 30 minutes with no appointment. The wait was short, perhaps 10 minutes.

Once I was called back, there was not the dreaded "wait in the room behind a closed door for 45 minutes." Each nurse and doctor attended to me in a surprisingly fast, but thorough manner. The doctor performed the appropriate examinations, discussed what she found and suggested a treatment, which was exactly what I've received for the same problem from other doctors. And I was pleasantly surprised to NOT see the doctor "pecking" on a laptop while we talked. I hate that! We even had a laugh or two!

They have a dispensary on site, but I felt no pressure to buy my meds there. Contact with each person was personal.

The cost, which we paid for out-of-pocket, was about half of a regular office visit, including an injection. And...they're open until 7:00 p.m., so I can go AFTER work when necessary. I wouldn't go there for long term medical conditions, simply because the doctors probably rotate through frequently (that's really not what they're about). But for the small stuff, they were perfect.

As a Class A CDL driver, I had found myself in a race to renew my DOT card before it expired. So I Googled Redi Care and when it came up I saw the picture of the building and notice a dump truck in the parking lot. So, I said to myself this must be a the go to spot for DOT physicals. I must say, out of the choices I had, this was the best choice. The whole staff was so nice and friendly. Jaime was so helpful with my issues that concerned me and I was in and out with my new card and relieved! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Redi Care to all drivers that need their physicals. This is my favorite medical facility to visit for medical concerns or illness for myself and my children. My husband has also been a patient there for several years. Last year, I even took my mom for a consultation because I needed an opinion more quickly than I could get her scheduled with her regular physician. My mom was seen within the hour. The professionalism and medical knowledge is topnotch from beginning to end. The office is spotless. Additionally, and so often most importantly, the medical personnel in this location "listen." They take the time to completely listen to the issue and the history of the issue before discussing a plan for medical care. They are courteous,...
