I cannot recommend ECSP enough!! I’ve been bringing my 1 year old dachshund mix there for daycare since he was about 5 months old last spring (spring 22) because I wanted Ollie to spend time sound other small dogs (I’ve found that a lot of people in my complex have larger dogs) ECSP have always been & are SO AMAZING!! They spoil Ollie and he absolutely loves it! He was of course nervous at first and now he runs in there without even looking back at me! Lol! The prices are seriously great!! Having a small dog it is so nice being able to enjoy my breaks at work/between classes without running home to let him out.

When I pick him up on his daycare days he usually is beat, so I am really happy he has been playing all day instead of in his kennel. (Daycare days are usually our snuggle days because on the off days he’s bouncing off the walls lol)

I have boarded him twice there and he has been taken exceptional care of! I love that they have a vet clinic on-site in case of any emergencies. It was super helpful knowing that I can drop him off for daycare and get vet stuff taken care of without having to take a day off to go to the vet!

I truly feel like I can’t say enough about the staff! Every staff member has been SO kind. The front desk ladies are always so delightful. The staff are always willing to answer any questions or concerns & are quick to bring concerns they have to you straight away! I had a few concerns about Ollie (unrelated to ecsp) and two of the small dog staff came out and spoke to me and were extremely reassuring and put my concerns to rest right away. They are so understanding and truly love what they do. It is so comforting to know they love my pup and take amazing care of him!! I LOVE electric city stay and play.

I never write reviews (seriously), but I love ecsp & I know I was scouring reviews when I was looking for a daycare for my fur baby, so this review is for those in a similar situation looking at reviews to determine which place is the best...

We LOVE Electric City Stay & Play!!! My dog Mila was attacked by another dog a few years ago, which left her nervous and quick to correct other dogs. We took her to obedience classes, agility classes, dog diving, etc. to build up her confidence and trust in us. We felt the last step of her healing journey was to socialize more with other dogs. I looked forever for a good, reputable daycare in my price range and was THRILLED when I found EC Stay & Play. I told them up front my concerns about Mila. I was impressed that they slowly introduce dogs to groups throughout a day or more trial and that the groups are set based on play style, personality, etc. Her first day, we got a full page typed report and since then, she has been going at least once weekly! She loves it, we love it, and we've definitely noticed a difference in her confidence around other dogs. She plays better even with the close friends she had before she started daycare and is much more sure of herself. Another amazing perk is that Mila gets nervous going to the vets, so we can have the vet drop off meds or give her a checkup while she's at daycare to minimize any stress to her since their vets make rounds daily. They advertise, price & act as though this is a 5 star facility. It is not. The little girl who brings the dogs in & out is rather gruff with humans & she is not adverse to stealing money. She did not explain the price to me at all just that renting the deluxe suite was $90 per nite. I understand that she may think that I can read her mind, but I cannot. So, after telling them I'd be gone 2 days, I almost dropped my teeth when Little Grump asked for over $400. Heck, I, the 100% handicapped Great Grandmother, just spent the same 2 nights in really nice Hotels (got a third night free), drove my Jeep Grand Cherokee full of gas & ate plenty of food for less than $400. I played for 4 exercise periods, but they did not have the pictures ready for checkout. I also might mention that the owners should spruce up the place. If I didn't like Heather so much I would never return. BTW Little Grump said she would refund me the extra money she charged me for being after 3 JUST THIS ONCE. Even though I was told pickup is 7pm. I was there by 5 - lest you think I want anything not given with a gracious heart! I do not. Regardless I signed them up for Doggy Day Care. I will report back on how that goes.
