I went to this furniture store looking for a lift chair for my 86 yr old mother who had just gotten thru kemo for lukemia. I picked a chair and had it delivered she hated it, so they let me exchange it for another lift chair. They brought it in and let her try it, and told her if she wasn't happy with it they would take it and bring another. Thank God she loved the second chair and we kept it.
