Toles Flowers — Local services in Anderson

When another florist in town couldn't fulfill my order, I ordered from Toles. I picked out the Sunny Sunflowers Deluxe for my wife's Birthday. When I came home it was disappointing to find that what had been delivered was not the Deluxe version but instead the Standard version. Flowers are expensive and are a rare treat because of this.

I reached out on messenger and my message was read and not responded to. I also tried emailing but I kept getting a bounce back as email address not valid. I only asked for a refund of the $10 difference.

I lost my grandmother at the end of July. I live out of state and was struggling with where to get flowers. I shopped around online and found a bouquet that was both pretty and affordable. I was skeptical. I really wanted to meet and speak with the florist to ensure I had what I wanted but I “pulled the trigger “ and ordered sight unseen. I saw the arrangement for the first time at the funeral home, right next to Grandma. It was far more beautiful than I could have hoped and expected! My boyfriend has sent me flowers from this place for the last 2 years.. and every time there's something wrong. Either my name is wrong(no biggie) or the flowers are not lively, he ordered a nice arrangement for our 2 years and I got them yesterday and they are nothing like the picture- vase is smaller, not even close on the amount of flowers. A girl in the office with me actually got some that were falling over and dead! They had to bring her new flowers and wasn't sorry in person at all.
