I have always lived this place but today was a very diffetent story. one register open and the cashier was unable to find a price on something for the customer she eas waiting on. The line grew longer and longer. The cashier never looked up to see all of us waiting in line. So, I decided to wak tiwards the back to see if I could find anyone. I did. I found three emplpoyees standing and talking. I asked them ti please send someone up front to open another register. The female employee told me that they would. A young man came up front but instead of opening the registerand waiting on all the customers in line , the girl upfront called him over to help her; leaving all of us standing and waiting! We put our stuff down and walked out. I am pretty sure we were not the only ones! This was so ridiculous as I counted three other employees in the store that I could see. We will not be back! TSC inventory strategy is weird. They sell everything to do with a shallow water well, tank-pump-piping-etc.. And don't have air volume regulators in stock. Went to Home Depot, they had 2 or types for sale. South of Houston they have a mildly limited inventory of organic chicken feed. I go there to get Purina or Dumor organic layer crumbles. On 05/16/21 I stopped in to get two propane bottles filled. I backed up to the gate and called the store so someone would come help. Minutes later a woman came out and told me they couldn't fill them because it was raining. So, I drove to the Alvin store and they were happy to fill my propane bottles, I would have understood if it was lightening and thundering.
