This beach is beautiful and the sand is very soft. It is nine dollars to get in for Michiganders and seven dollars for locals. My dog loved swimming in the lake. Dogs can only swim outside the designated beach area. Make sure to pack a lunch. There are no concessions

Went to the annual splash in and there couldn't be a better site for watching the planes come and go. The Inn itself is a beautiful place. Great staff and all the State Park things you would expect. (So happy for the 10 yr old girl who won a raffle for a sea plane ride! She was over the moon....maybe I'll finally...
