Some of the individuals Attitudes are very rude and disrespectful. Demeanors are absolutely disgraceful and disgusting., My grandfather was an activist in the civil rights movement and he marched with numerous of people including Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and one thing he told & taught me was ugliness lives in so many people. You have to address situations and problems and once you address those issues and nothing is done then it’s time to take action in a respectful and professional manner . 60 to 50 years ago discrimination and racism played a pivotal part of history and still today. You never want to use an issue because of the color of your skin, but when you feel as if someone is treating you differently, unequal, and unfairly, & demeanor is awful and respect level is absolutely an zero that’s the first thing that will go through someone mine who’s in a different race, which race should never play a part in someone’s professionalism, and Respect Especially when professionalism & my demeanor is never disgusting as what I have experienced with some of the individuals at this pharmacy. Only 2 individuals) which I will be reaching out to upper management
I will absolutely not tolerate and stand for any type of discriminative behavior & disrespect. I will not tolerate any type of disrespectful behavior being RESPECTFUL is Key! And treating all people, no matter who they are what color they are or where they come from with respect and dignity, and having a demeanor of professionalism is absolutely necessary while someone is asking very important questions concerning their medical needs, even if someone is asking something concerning an app that has your medical history as well Medicines attached to this information.
But how can a pharmacy technician learn respect when one of the pharmacist attitude was very unpleasant and showed no type of remorse or understanding, both of those girls attitudes were very unpleasant and if I had their names, I would most definitely place their names in this review.
Ignorance is a dangerous mindframe being a disrespectful individual will only take you as far as the disrespect you give out.
Moral of the story, treat people with common courtesy and respect. Make sure your demeanor is professional and respectful even if a question you feel is not relatable “or worth your time” you still remain professional...

I got a notification they received my prescription so I went to pick it up a week ago and they told me I was too early…I had a few left so no big deal! I never got another notification from them so a few days later on my last one I went back to pick it up and they tell me 20-30 min! I have my toddler with me so I buy her candy to occupy her and wait but they never call my name so I get back in the long line and when I get to the front (after waiting 47 min) they tell me they are out of 1 of the 2 but will have more Friday! Go back on Friday and wait patiently in the drive thru lane and she tells me they are filling it to pull around…I pull around and wait another 20 min in line and get to the window for her to tell me that she can’t give it to me because they were short 2 but she would have more on Monday….I explain that I have to go without 2 by Monday so I’m willing to take the 28 because I can’t legally drive without it and my doctor can fix the issue later which she tells me she can’t do (which is a lie because I know pharmacies that do it often) I go inside to speak to “the manager “ (clearly not a manager and if he is all of the more reason you should pick another pharmacy)…..why was my prescription not filled when they originally received it over a week ago when I was “too early”??? You CANNOT play with peoples...
Read moreI have used the Golden Springs Walgreens location for five years. I previously used the Talladega location. Each trip to the window at GS location, I discover they have only applied to one insurance when my account shows a primary and secondary. Because of the laziness of the filling tech and failure of the pharmacist to correct this, I have to wait while they correct the charges. One time it took over forty minutes and caused customers behind me to express their frustration and direct it at me. Today was the last straw. The clerk: Tatiano (SP?) asked my name, my date of birth, and then my address. She than asked my DOB and address again. After looking on her terminal, she asked if I had (redacted) to pick up. I said yes, that is it. She asked for my Date of birth and address again. I asked "Are you kidding me?" She got mad and said I now had to walk into the store for service. I told her to get my prescription now. She retrieved it and I noted they had not run the second insurance. Five minutes later, I was told the system was down and come back in a few hours. I am moving my business to CVS. Avoid...
