I had about 40 spam emails in 10 minutes on my computer. I was all ready to call the Geek Squad when I happened upon this listing for Minnesota Computer Geek. What captured my attention the most was all of the 5-star reviews, plus it was 10 minutes away. I knew it had to be a good company. I decided to call, expecting to spend at least $200 for repair.

Brian answered the phone and told me it was a setting on my Internet provider’s website. He proceeded to help me navigate to the site to check the settings. I was flabbergasted. I did not expect this. He also told me he could do it if I didn’t want to. I was blown away that he gave me that option.

After we noticed that I had the correct settings checked, he told me how to help eliminate the spam and gave me tips to stop it. That was it. What would have cost me $200 at the Geek Squad, Brian charged me nothing!

I was so appreciative and impressed by his honesty! And his ability to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it so quickly! Not only that, Brian was in Alabama and still helped me. He could have put me off, although instead he was happy to help me. Now I can see why he received an impressive 5-star rating from all of his clients. What an integral businessman and person Brian is!! He cares.

I will totally be going back to Brian for all of my technical needs! I would highly recommend him! He gets a 5-star...

Before I found this place, the two places I checked were Best Buy and the Lenovo help desk. Both places offered to fix my laptop but it would take more than a day and it would cost $100+. I found Brian’s business while I was waiting in line at Best Buy luckily and he was able to fix my laptop within hours and did it for a reasonable price. As a busy, broke college student I don’t have that $100+ lying around like that to go fix my laptop or even buy a new one. And I use my laptop almost every day to do assignments so I desperately needed it.

Brian was very understanding and helpful. He communicated with me all throughout the process asking what I wanted instead of getting the job done, which I really appreciated.

If you have any computer issues, don’t go to big companies, they will charge you A LOT. Instead support local people like Brian, they are more than willing to help you out of the kindness of their heart, not the money....

I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars because this guy deserves it. Once in a great while you find a godsend like Brian who saves us from the big businesses and delivers top quality professionalism without the price tag. His customer satisfaction is amazing. Very personable, accessible, easy to talk to to and highly, highly affordable. There's a good reason Brian has 5 stars without a single negative comment. That speaks volumes of his work and it is 100% deserved. I'm so glad my wife found this guy. Brian's discovery has motivated me to start using our PC more and get back into games that I hadn't played for a year. Our issues were fixed and I also got lots of great advice. He hardly charged a thing for labor and found great deals on the hardware I needed. Instead of dreading the task of taking your computer in an getting a big bill, now you can look forward to it when you bring it to Minnesota Computer Geek....
