Tasteful Delights Cafe and Tea Room — Restaurant in Anoka

Ordered catering for our event this past weekend from here. Everyone was asking where the food came from and there was something for everyone! We had dishes that had meat as well as no meat including vegan, dairy free, and vegetarian. They were also willing to modify their recipes to accommodate certain diets if needed as well. I will be recommending this restaurant/caterer to anyone who needs good food for an event or just to stop by and have a bite to eat of some wholesome homemade food. I loved the flexibility of being able to order food either for a full meal or by the pound by following their recommendation. We were able to stay within our budget while satisfy a variety of food preferences. Highly recommend, can't sing enough praises. After seeing this place continously popping up on my social media, I knew I had to try it out. All of the positive reviews and photos were spot on! It's a quaint, cozy little Cafe. The server was very nice and didn't hover. It was very clean and inviting. We got the Moldova burger and potato piorgies with an absolutely phenomenal little side salad. We were expecting the usual side salad but this was a wet slaw type made with dill, cucumber and onion with a light oil/lemon juice? It was very light, refreshing and fresh. We would go back there for that alone! You could definitely taste the authenticity and passion in the meal. The cafe/tea room is a gem. We had a wonderful bridal shower here for 18 guests. Inna was the contact person and was very helpful in organizing. We purchased an assortment of 5 different pastries and the Honey cake. Everything tasted wonderful and professionally displayed to be served individually. The menu has a lot of variety and reasonably priced. I appreciated the taste and freshness of the salad I had. There were many positive comment about the food (pirogies, salads, soups and crepes).
