If I could give zero stars I would I called in today because their website online keeps saying that their local store is closed I spoke with the first Girl Who told me she doesn’t understand the issue because they’re taking online orders now I don’t know either I’m just telling you what it says she puts me on hold for about 10 minutes another lady answers the phone proceeds to start my order midway through my order puts me back on hold for another 10 minutes a guy answers the phone I start to tell him the situation and I gave him my order after asking him to not put me on hold he puts me on hold the same lady gets back on the phone I said I’m going to call corporate if you guys do not stop putting me on hold and just let me finish my order her response was go ahead and put me back on hold the so-called manager gets on the phone I tell her what’s going on and ask her to stop putting me on hold and let me finish my order she proceeds to tell me well if we’re busy we’re gonna put you on hold whenever we need to I said that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard in my life she says well since you’re yelling I’m going to cancel your order and you go ahead and call corporate and hangs up in my face I’ve never spoke to a group of people who clearly hate their job more hasta be the worst customer service worst management I have ever heard of in my life I was ready to drive to the store But they weren’t worth my...

I had a very strange experience with this store. I had ordered a pizza to be delivered to a place where I was meeting with a group. I asked for it to be delivered at a certain time. It was past the time so I looked just in case he had called but my phone had maybe done its "I'm going to turn the ringer off " kind of annoying thing. But my phone was turned all the way up and he had called. Twice. So I called the store to see if he could redeliver it. The man was not very pleasant..but the driver did try to redeliver and once again my phone did not ring when he called. Very strange. So I ended up not having a pizza to share. After we were done with our get together I drove to the pizza place to appologize and give the driver a tip. The boss came out and talked to me but I could tell he didn't believe me. Cant say I blame him, but he threw away the pizza and gave me a refund.
