These people have no idea what customer service means. I went there because I was looking for some parts for a BMW project I am rebuilding. I found several parts that I had checked prices on their website. I found some parts that they did not have priced in the website as well (such as a window sunshade). When I went to the check out I faced a total idiot named Manuel who got upset when I asked him how much were some of these parts. I also noticed he was overcharging me on some of the other parts. He started to shout at me and told his assistant to toss all the parts I had in the trash because I wasn't buying anything. Well he picked up the wrong person to shout at. I engaged him in a shouting match until he called his manager (an dark oxygenated (fake) blonde) who also engaged in this shouting contest. I don't know if they though I would bow down by their behavior but I am Italian, and I can shout and argue all day long with idiots like that. She finally told him to sell me what I wanted and toss away what I did not. I also found out that quite a few parts are not guaranteed (because they are "security items")... ???... since when is an instrument cluster a security item?? What does this mean? it means you bought it even if it doesn't work. You are not going to get a refund (Which I also found out is not a refund, only credit towards purchases of more junk from them). So to summarize: They do not answer the phone (at all) The place is really far away (Its actually not in El Paso but in Vinton). It is not worth it. They do have a website that does have an incomplete parts list Entrance fee is $1 and $3 for "preferred section" which where they place new arrivals temporarily prior moving them to the main yard. They charge more for these parts and it is closed on Mondays (I found out on a Monday when I arrived) The place is very big and they do not offer any assistance. There is only one (foul) portable toilet at the entrance of the yard They have the most rude people working there, beginning with the king of dumb assess: MANUEL and shortly followed by his queen the fake blonde. They hardly speak English and their Spanish is just trash. They change their prices at will (Manuel's) when you are checking out after getting them under a scorching sun They rudely check your tools or any bags that you bring in "for stolen parts". I don't think that is legal: unauthorized search and defamation of character. No water or vending machines anywhere NO WARRANTIES on the parts (contrary to whats advertised) and they decide what is covered and what is not on the spot. HIGHLY unprofessional staff. All of them have a big chip on their shoulder. Do yourself a favor, do not waste your time and money here. There are other places. I personally like Mega U Pull on Montana. They have a large selection, better organization a really friendly and helpful staff and no hassle warranty on their parts. I know I'll go there...

Expect to be here a while. There's always a line to get in, and an even longer one to get out. The yard is huge, and it can take some time to find what you need. If it's there at all; popular parts sell right away.
There are safety hazards. Do not bring anyone under 18, they wont be allowed to enter. Wear sun protection, appropriate clothing, and bring drinking water.
Credit cards are accepted, but there is a $5 minimum. It's best to pay the cover fee with cash.
You have to sign in before entering. By doing so you agree to their rules, which includes allowing them to search you before you exit.
Don't bring your old parts in, they will charge you for them on the way out. This includes fuses and bolts. If you're like me and your tool bag is littered with them, it's best to just bring in the tools you will need.
Be prepared to remove parts yourself. You will not get any assistance from the staff there. If you are pulling an engine or transmission, they will haul it to the front for you and there are hoists to help you load it; other than that, you are on your own.
Prices will vary on parts (they have "A" and "B" parts). If you pull a part and decide not to take it, they will get upset and "kindly" tell you not to remove parts unless you plan on buying them. Their higher price is still better than the dealer and other yards.
Do not expect friendly customer service. All they care about is cashing you out and getting you on your way as quickly as possible.
Make sure you understand the return policy for the part you are purchasing.
Overall, a good place to get parts that would cost you an arm and a leg somewhere else. Just remember that customer service is not their...
