I visited here to pick up a load with my truck, and the forklift driver hit the door of my truck. However, the forklift driver did not take responsibility of it. Instead, claimed that I had hit the forklift. The damage to the door is approximately $3,350, and we requested insurance information from Gary Manoni to file a claim, but he refused to provide it. I then suggested that they could pay in cash if preferred. I then sent the estimate. Gary later called me back and offered to pay only half of the estimate in cash.

After I declined this offer, he called me again, acting as if I hadn’t already said no, and asked me to get a new, cheaper estimate. He claimed one of the work orders was too expensive, almost implying it was for an entire new door. Essentially, he was asking me to get a lower estimate and he was still talking about covering half of it. I can't believe how people can be that cheap in the business. Unbelievable.

I have never encountered such unprofessional and miserly behavior from a company worker before. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and it speaks volumes about their unwillingness to take full responsibility for their mistakes. I would have expected a more responsible and solution-oriented approach from them because, before I left they told me that they have the cameras on the accident so they will check. However, it turned into that cameras were not facing that way. So hard...

They're customer service is horrible and they out right lie to you! We have been waiting for a part that was supposed to be mailed out on 6/19/24 2nd day ups ground promised not later than Fri 6/21/24, part didn't come. Called Mon 6/24/24 was notified that the part wasn't even mailed out yet!!! Then PROMISED again 2nd day ups ground, finally got a tracking number and found out it wouldn't be delivered until Friday 6/28/24. Talked to Maggie once again and she said she would see what see could do to get it here Thu and to no surprise, nothing!! All I keep getting is empty promises and so sorry for any inconvenience! Do not take this company at it word it means nothing as long as they get...

If there's trucks before you, chances are your going to wait a while. The forklift loader is fast, but drivers take their time strapping. You're allowed to strap at the same time while getting loaded! Forklift goes to lunch from 12-1, you'll be waiting...
