Spoke with Jose Lopez, asked about getting a barndaminium built on my land in Sierra Blanca and was quoted 93,040.60 just for the parts. They don’t come and build your barndaminium for you. They only deliver parts and you are responsible for hiring a contractor to put all the parts together. On there you tube videos and website it does not state that you have to get it built nor do they tell you they will assist on any parts of the foundation, porch with the 3D option you set up on there website. This place is Fraud and will only take your money but will not provide you a service on getting your home built. Lopez told us the videos are sent in fro. Decent sales staff, horrible on delivery … waited a month or so and they kept forgetting to put me on schedule for delivery or giving me the run around. I originally went with mueller for their delivery capability with the forklift on the trailer to offload on site. Going back I would’ve just ordered from smaller company and rented forklift to save headache of how long the delivery took. Something to consider if your ordering from here and using their delivery service. I can’t speak on picking up material from them only on my experience with the delivery. Once the delivery got to the site the driver was very professional and good at his job! Just the delay is heartbreaking...
