Read moreI wish I had checked out Drucker + Falk Real Estate reviews prior to moving. That is the most accurate representation of what you will be in for, should you need anything like a repair or your security deposit back. Communication is shockingly poor. This new build is already poorly cleaned (the elevators reek, carpeting in the halls stinks most of the time, cobwebs in the corners with bugs in them, dead bird decomposing outside for weeks, etc ) and falling apart. Other tenants I've communicated with seem to have the same, if not more problems. Their fobs almost never work to enter the building, sometimes the leasing office is apparently just closed and locked during typical business hours without a sign, etc. Keep in mind, many of the extremely positive reviews are from brand new tenants, and tenants are occasionally incentivized to review to win gift cards or other prizes at pretty much any apartment...
Read moreI have been living here for about nine months and was initially quite satisfied. However, in recent months I have noticed that some residents walk their dogs off-leash inside the building. These dogs have on several occasions tried to jump on me or acted aggressively.
I first reported this verbally to management, but from what I could tell, they did not take it very seriously. It seems like the management does not want to address this issue in a serious way. Later, when I went a second time, they asked me to send an email, which I did.
Now, if no serious inspection or enforcement is carried out regarding this issue, should I report it to the municipality? As tenants, we should not have to deal with off-leash dogs in the building, and it really shouldn’t be this difficult to ensure proper...
