Went in for the soft opening today, and while they were quite busy, they have the option to order in-person or online (via QR code scan).

I originally ordered two brown sugar milk teas online, but was actually nicely informed by the staff that they had run out. I was able to get replacement drinks and they were very helpful throughout the process. They talked me through their different menu items and were considerate when I had questions about their offerings.

In the end, I enjoyed a matcha and oolong tea both with Boba. The flavors are excellent and aren't too overpowering, and there are adjustable sugar levels as well.

Their promotion says free lychee jelly which they said my drink is fixed drink and cannot give me the lychee jelly even as a side. They should be more clarify with certain drink only. Secondly, the drink overall is too sweet for a fixed drink (not adjustable sugar or ice). If you like sweet drinks please go for it. Thirdly, the casher didn’t give me my receipt nor telling me my order number, after 25mins wait with only no more than five customers in store, I asked the cashier what’s my order number.
