I spent several thousand on locks here and many of the mortise and front door units malfunction out of the box. Their quality control is lacking, one of the front door units I bought couldn't even be programed out of the box.

To try them out I bought a couple which all worked great. My issues started happening when I bought in bulk because of their high shipping costs, thinking if I kept an inventory of items I would save money. Bad idea because I wound up paying 20-30% over their retail price due to the faulty equipment I received. Even though I just installed the locks they wouldnt offer me a warranty exchange on my last purchase since i was 4 months out and they offer a 90 day warranty which is basically useless. If the clutch is failing on the front door unit the reason is your selling faulty merchandise not because we overused the locks. The sticker seals are in place and if the door knob is slipping and the clutch is failing per your tech support then your selling faulty equip and not willing to stand by your products.

My experience has been that 1 outta 4 mortise packs and 1 outta 3 door units are faulty. Buyer beware.

Better off buying from Ebay, you will save 30-50% which is the way better deal. If you keep an eye out on ebay you can find stuff 50%+ cheaper then off the retail price here. Plus you cant return anything on ebay so you might as well as get the discount then buy based on a warranty that is basically useless.
