Simply Orange Juice Co — Local services in Apopka

I just simply love this coke cola product it just one thing I think that wrong with it and that not the orange juice it self are the jug it come's in: It has to do with when you take off the green top off" how hard it is to get to the delicious juice" once the green top is off because of the extra layer of protection which is a good thing! Now don't get me wrong" but it's very difficult sometimes to take off extra layer of protection! I have a suggestion I'm going to show you some pictures" now I know extra layer can be done without the difficulty of taking off the extra layer, these two other products which I won't name but will show you the picture of that have made their products tamper proof with thinking of the customers who buy their products :

So why can't simply orange juice a Coca-Cola product be customer friendly and make it easier with tamper proof" and for all I know the pictures of the products i've shown could be coke cola...

I enjoy the simply lemonade .I called customer service to ask a favor if they could please increase the tartness and include lemon pulp in their lemonade the gentleman I spoke with showed very little interest in what I had to say and said he would pass on the information he did not ask me for my name or any other information or offer me any coupons. I do enjoy the drink but very saddened by their lack of customer service and lack of interest in what we have to offer back to them.
