Editing my review after my last order with ZMS and the terrible customer service I received! I placed 3 orders with them, and in the last order, one brand new vape tasted burnt, right out of the package. I typically order 5-6 at a time. I always got the IJoy 10,000- Peach Lemon. When I contacted customer service, I told them that one of the vapes right out of the package had tasted burnt and wondered if they had any type of guarantee or anything that they could do, because I wanted to place another order. I mentioned that my local gas station does guarantee theirs, but they don’t carry the ones I prefer. This was ZMS response- Unfortunately we don’t guarantee the taste, hence why we keep our prices low incase there is a burnt tasting one Sent from my iPhone The response was cold, uncaring, and from a cell phone with no contact to respond to. I think this Is one of the best Vapes out there in that you can determine how long it lasts. I use the soft soft/sof mode and it really lasts me a long time. The customer service here is utterly outstanding! If there's an issue they get back to you quickly. They pack it well. The only thing I would say, it would be nice if they would give a discount to the long-standing customers. Other than that, they get an outstanding A+ review for me!

This vape shop is the only one we use!! We live in CO and there is not a single vape shop here that offers the variety or price point - and even better is their personalized customer service! I order online and within 24 hours they call if there are any vape flavors that are not in stock and they always work with me to get me the best quality!!
