Food Fair — Local services in Appleton City

Not real impressed with the staff it was teenagers probably high schoolers not willing to give much of a hand with anything . Although its definitely nice to have a grocery store there, locally & independently owned highly unusual nowadays what a pity that we have turned into a Walmart society. The writing was on the wall for me 25 or 30 years ago . Its a shame that I watched it happen . Thats why we need to support any independently owned business no matter what business its in . I just want to say that as a former business owner myself (proud of it ) that we all need to support the small businesses in our area Please if not for them or yourself do it for your children . I had not been to food fair in a long time. Normally they have a good stock of fresh veggies. Plenty of apples and bananas, guess the bad weather brought everyone in early. I really appreciate having this grocery store in town. The problem has been since the COVID-19 issues began. 😠 Early on, I saw maybe 3 employees wearing masks. Recently (Nov '20), I walked in & EVERY employee was wearing a mask! I was literally shocked. 2 days later, found out an employee had COVID!!!!! Hence: the mask wearing!
