DO NOT DO USE THIS STORE!!!! I would not recommend this store to anyone. First of all they do not have a telephone at the store. I asked and they said “ oh yea the phones are messed up”. So I had to go to the store instead of being able to call. Still haven’t been able to call, and it’s been 5 days. Can’t reach the Manager either. I requested the Manager call me and never received a call and my issue has still not been resolved. We went last Saturday and spent about 3 hours in the store with the sales rep. Finally thought we had someone who was honest and wasn’t screwing us around. He sold my husband the IPhone 15 plus for a trade in and sold me the IPhone 15 Pro Max, said I would get $1,000.00 trade in for my IPhone 12. I said ok when can I get it. He said we don’t have any in stock, I’ll have to order it and it will be here in a week. (First Lie). I said great we paid the taxes for the phones. Mind you we initially went in there to switch service providers. He set up my husbands phone and email a few emails and we were finally done. He told me he would call me when the phone came in. Well I get home and see they entered the wrong phone number for my phone, so I immediately called, which is when I found out this store doesn’t have a phone. So finally me and my two kids had to drive back up there. We had to wait almost 30 minutes because the other sales rep didn’t know how to fix the issue and yes the sales rep was with a customer so I patiently waited. When he was finished with his customer he continued to have a 10 minute conversation with her while me and my family are waiting. The other sales rep finally says did you figure anything out for her, referring to me. So he ended the conversation and final came over to me. I told him the phone number for my phone was wrong and needed to be corrected. So he had to call someone from Att, we were there for already 2 hours. The person from ATT he spoke with said the promotion he offered us expired on the 13th and we ordered the phones on the 14th. He said when he changes the number we loose the promotion. The sales rep just sat there mumbling that’s not true. We were put on hold by the agent on the phone. My husband had to come pick up my kids as we were going on 3 hours again. We were on hold with the port department. I told him I had children to feed and couldn’t wait any longer and I needed him to correct his mistake and I left.He gave me his cell number. I text him on Monday and Tuesday and still no resolve. Basically he made the sale and didn’t care to help us since the sale was made. I was charged by my old cell phone provider and now have two cell bills an no phone. The whole reason we were switching was to save money, not be doubled charged due to a sales agent typo. By the way, IPhone 15 Pro Max is back ordered everywhere and my ship date for the wrong number is 4-8 weeks out. Not a week. Had he had been honest I would have taken the same phone as my husband and been done. So know I have to try and find another ATT to fix their mistake. The agents name was Sean Weeks. Not sure about the manager because I couldn’t ever reach her. It’s really bad customer service and not worth the time. I spoke to the manager at the Rockport location and she said if I came I. She would try to help me. So hopefully they can do better. This is not a corporate Att, although it looks like one. It is owned by Optimum Wireless or something like that. Read moreWent in because my prepaid phone broke. The att employee informed me that the only way to get a phone through them was to start a contract. After starting the contract she informed me that I could not keep my old number. Which was incorrect , she just did not want to do the work. So I kept my prepaid line for six months to keep the number and paid a postpaid line to keep the phone. Which she advised me was the only way to keep my number. She was wrong. After paying off my phone in six months and paying for two lines, I paid the phone off. Then asked them to stop the contract line. She then advised me that I would lose my insurance on the phone, then tells me I can migrate my number to the post paid line. That’s all I wanted from the beginning. I lost $240 by paying a prepaid for 6 months because of this store. There were no apologies, no refund made. Then she tells me I can only transfer the number to postpaid through customer service. 5 hours later of wrestling with the automated customer service. Customer service informed me that, that could only be done at the store. So back to the store, no apologies no nothing. I lost a day on the phone and $240 to this store. They are horrible no accountability, poor ethics and horrible customer service from one of the girls there. Read moreWent into the store at 4 pm, the woman Marissa that was working was filling sanitizer bottles. I told her I was there to get an upgrade from that moment on she was the rudest sales person I have ever encountered! Every promo offer I asked about she acted as if it was a bother to answer my questions. I had to google what type of phone she said they had because again she refused to show me what it looked like or give me any info on it. She said she can show me once I purchased the phone. My family and I have been with AT&T for 15 plus years and never had such poor service as today. When I said I would go ahead and get an upgrade she had the nerve to say okay and….. I made sure to let her know that I was leaving because I was not going to get treated like that from her. When refilling sanitizer is more important to you then being kind to a paying customer you have a problem! I drove to an actual AT&T store in corpus ( not a franchise)and was helped by a wonderful military spouse employee named Ralph who sold us a phone and took the time to show what type of promo we were getting! People stay away from these franchise stores especially this one in Aransas Pass where a girl Named Marissa works, drive to Corpus AT&T on SPID!
