Unfortunately my experience was bad all around this time at this whataburger and it is particularly directly due to the way the manager on duty handled the situation (vannessa). Normally this whataburger goes above an beyond and yes the drive thru was busy which is why I understand why the food wasn't fresh fresh but majority of the chicken was also very small like to the point their was no chicken in the bites just breading! I ordered 9 peice bites and a burger and all I wanted was fir them to remake my chicken an Normally it's no problem if it's not fresh but instead of taking the meal back an droping it fresh because what i assume is due to "food cost on their end" she only brought me 4 chicken bites to "replace" my 9 chicken bites! And this was the manager and she wanted to roll her eyes like it was all very unprofessional, I have no problem buying something but I would like what I payed for, and so I went back in to buy 1 chicken strip because i was already upset about what they just did to my first meal and the chicken strip was funky but they did replace it an give an extra one which I appreciate but only after i had to say something for the 2nd time. Then when i called asking for the managers name on duty that assisted the situation because she didn't handle it right just to have them hang up on me after only saying it's on camera, so I called back cause they didn't tell me a name just for the person too say she was the other manager and being rude saying their suppose to be "bite size" it was Bread bites not even chicken bites they were so stail an small like it was completely unprofessional not mention everything else and then continued to say again its all on camera and that the other manager is vannessa an then hung up on me. This was one of the absolute most unprofessional experiences I have had with a fast food restaurant and its sad to say I literally left yalls...
Read moreDuring our visit to this Whataburger location, my family and I received excellent service from most of the team. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made our experience enjoyable. However, I would like to provide some feedback regarding one employee, Priscilla.
Unfortunately, her manner came across as rude and unprofessional, and it created an uncomfortable interaction during our visit. Additionally, her face mask made communication more difficult, which only added to the frustration. For a position that requires direct customer engagement, such as the front register, effective communication and a welcoming attitude are essential. Based on this experience, I believe she might be better suited to a role that does not require as much customer interaction, such as maintaining tables or assisting in the dining area.
We were visiting with our children to enjoy a meal during our vacation, and overall, the rest of the staff truly made the experience positive. I hope this feedback can be used to ensure all customers receive the same high...

The toilet was too soiled to sit, dried remnants clearly visible, as though it hasn't been cleaned in days? The floor was of the dining area was equally disappointing, with receipts and food debris throughout. Diana was incredibly rude. She was rude to the customers in front of us, while disparaging the other employees. She literally walked 2 other customers to-go food to them, but set ours on the counter and called our number. So, in a leg boot, I had to hobble back to the front counter and then back past where I had been waiting, just to exit.
