Horrible service & terrible pizza. I personally know of two different waitresses that have been with the Aransas Pass Wing Street Pizza Hut for over 20 years. They have both quit in the past six months due to corporate office & upper management issues. One of these waitresses has been a assistant manager since my wife was the GM of the original Pizza Hut back in 2005? My wife ran a tight shift for 20 (+) years at the original Pizza Hut in AP, PH. My wife was even rated #6 In customers satisfaction out of all the Pizza Huts Nation wide. The Wing Street Pizza Hut in Aransas Pass, TX can't keep a General Manager for more than one year. The service is bad & the quality of their food is very bad. Pizza Hut Corporate needs to send a Regional Manager to Stephanie & Brooks front doors & offer these two former PH employees what ever it takes to bring them back to the AP Pizza Hut. Oh one more thing. Billy, Webbie & I send our very best. Billy was a assistant manager that my wife trained many years ago. He was promoted to a GM & than on to one of the Area Managers for Pizza Hut. Billy even got tired of the BS that was coming down from Moon Foods (Owners of the Wing Street Pizza Huts). He quit about four or five years ago. He went on to work as a assistant manager at the Academy Sports & Outdoors in Portland, TX. I stood in the front waiting to receive my to go order (that should’ve been ready 10 minutes prior) for almost 10 minutes without even being acknowledged at all. The phones were ringing and no one was answering them. There were people in the back clearly because I could hear them, but no one acknowledged the front of the restaurant at all. On top of that my to go order was not even ready. I thought it may be because they were short staffed, but I saw a total of 5-6 people with an almost empty restaurant and no one could even say “someone will be right with you” to show they at least have acknowledged I was there. After I received my order I noticed the ranches and dips were not given to me, so I went back in and stood for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me again! 2 people came to the register a total of 6 times to do who knows what on the register and went right back to the back without saying a word to me. It took a total of 50 minutes extra of waiting to get my order than what I was quoted and should’ve had to wait. If I hadn’t paid money for my dips I would’ve left. Do better & teach your employees to show better...
Read moreAfter a bad experience we had here a year and a half ago, we decided not to eat here again. We recently gave them another shot and it was a mistake. Never again. The first time we ordered we were moving in so we ordered pizza for delivery. After over an hour of not receiving our pizza, we called to check on our order, and after speaking with 3 different people, were told that they didn't have an order on file. Fine. We placed another order and got our pizza at almost midnight, after another hour long wait. We said never again. This past Friday we decided to give them another shot. We ordered wings, chicken alfredo pasta, and cheesy bread. We waited close to an hour, about 25 minutes longer than they told us it would be, and we finally got our food. The pasta had almost no sauce on it. It was mostly dry, burnt noodles. The chicken wings were just thrown in the container dry on top of the sauce. At least the bbq wings had enough sauce that I could toss them around in it, but the spicy garlic wings had almost no sauce in there at all and were basically just chicken nuggets. Never again. We'll go back to Domino's, where the food and service are...
