Im sharing my experience to help others beware of paying cash and delivery of furniture with missing furniture and Being told that my sofa bed was not on the order. My kitchen table cost over $700 and had dents in the wood that the technician could not repair because it came from their warehouse as second hand furniture it seemed. I haven't recieved the big clock and its been several weeks. The store said its coming from a different place than the furniture. I was told in the store that everything I chose was in stock. The driver said my sofa bed was not on the order. I was also told that all sales are final. I told him that I wasn't told that in the store. My husband and daughter were with me at the store picking out the 8 pieces of furniture costing $6,000 to $7,000. I don't take this experience lightly. I feel like I have been railroaded with a mess and no one is helping me. I have no choice but to take legal action since Ashley is not returning calls or trying to make my purchases made right. No sofa bed, no clock, kitchen table with scrapes on the top of the table that the crayon didn't fix, my love seat has a torn thread that cannot be repaired when it wasn't sewn properly. These people absolutely did not checked out the furniture BEFORE DELIVERY and telling me that All Sales are Final didn't sit right with me or make me a happy customer. They would not even speak to the sales lady, S. Dennis turn over the sales to this lady who seemed to be writing everything down. When paying in full, she charged one of my credit cards twice and said it was denied, which it wasn't. The account was charged $1,000 twice and then she used another card to get the rest of the money. I believe I had a fraud alert on one card but everything we ordered was paid in full! However, I needed the dimensions of the couch and the official price. So, I got an associate and asked her to measure it and then what the price would be, I then told her that âThis is perfect, and I will take itâ.
