I special ordered a pair of Redwing boots for Christmas and paid in advance $324.00 The employee Josephine said it would take 10 days to come in. I waited 2 weeks and finally went to the store where I was told by Josephine that not only were the boots not there but they were not even ordered. When I asked why she said I don't realize how much she has to do. At that point I asked for a refund and left. I went to a local store to have a better shopping experience but after having my money taken and then being told it was too much of a hassle for them to place the order I will now continue to my shopping at Amazon where they at least get the product to you in a timely fashion...
