Loco Hombre — Restaurant in Archbald

My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch a few minutes ago. He ordered a taco bowl (with beef for the meat) and I ordered the beef tacos. We got an order of chips and queso to share. I didn’t set high expectations, yet we are still both very disappointed. The meat had no seasoning/flavor, neither did the pico de gallo, or the queso. Normally, queso has chopped peppers and red onions in it. But the queso tasted like melted velveta cheese that wasn’t even warm. Much more to say about the disappointing food and service, but it just isn’t worth my time. If you want friendly served food that is flavorful and warm, I would highly suggest eating elsewhere. Let me just say...the food was amazing!! Hands down best burritos I have ever had! The salsa is amazing!! The queso amazing!! I did not want to go inside to get the food with the virus going on and my little one in the car and they gladly walked it out to my car in the pouring rain. The man on the phone was very nice and kind. The girl who brought out our food was as well. People tend to judge places and people real quick. Not every person will be super outgoing and not every establishment is going to be in a perfect place especially if they are starting off. I give a lot of credit to this business still opened with everything going on and making amazing food. It made mine and my husbands night and we will be back! Thank you and keep up the great...

Rude owner, walked in first time no greeting whatsoever, immediately points to board's with prices in a monotone voice " this is what we have". Wife got the burrito bowl guy comes over assuming we wanted an extra topping without charge and chimes in as if we weren't intending to pay "I have to charge extra...". If that wasn't enough has to add his two cent's about which ice tea they had like bruh relax... Two white customers came in who been there before got all the pleasantries while my wife (who shares an Hispanic background )and myself were looked at as if we were looking for a handout. Overall food was decent at best but overpriced and like another reviewer said the location will be it's downfall but poor customer service...
