F&M Bank - Archbold Main Office — Local services in Archbold

The overdraft procedures of this bank are ridiculous. You can deposit money into your account on the 29th but because it was after 3:00pm it does not count. They offer all these options to deposit money but make it so it doesn't clear until the next day. You rarely get a chance to fix the overdraft charges. Bills can come out after 3:00pm but you can't deposit. Shady banking in my opinion. Seems like they are trying to get money. I have their "alert system" set up to warn me my account is low and even that won't help when it happens after 3:00pm. Happy a new bank is...

Any time i need to do a chat about something, the reps are rude. We only use this bank as a HSA, and the service is terrible. I would never do business with them outside the company sponsored HSA. A rep could at the very least use a greeting and an ending to the chat. Full pass on this...
