A truly scam fraudulent company. I paid $20,000 via wire transfer for a used 3D X-ray machine five months ago. After I wired the money, they informed me that the unit was not in working condition, so I requested a refund. They refused. Consequently, my attorney sent a formal demand letter. Finally, they responded, stating they would refund the money within 30 days. However, after 30 days, I still haven't received the refund. I have attached a picture of their email response. They will also be reported to the BBB for their scam. We are pursuing litigation and will provide updates here to prevent others from falling victim to this scam.

When they did we had to put it on video chat so the tech could see it. He had no idea what to do. He would keep telling us he had to speak to someone else and would call us back. Their poor communication and slothful business practices leads to lies and failure to deliver. I cancelled 2 days of patients and onetime they didn't show up because "no one bought the technician a plane ticket." You as a customer are burnt. Don't try to save $10k and buy from these guys. You are left in this awful in between area trying to get support from your manufacturer and Global Imaging Resources.
