Both of my children have had their birthday parties at Bounce U and we have attended a multiple friendâs parties there, as well. Iâve always had a great opinion of Bounce U, the facility and staff. Ive recommended it to friends multiple times.
HOWEVER, our last experience attending a party has changed my opinion.
I stepped out of the building for not more than 15 minutes. When I returned, I asked the front desk what room the kids would be in (incase they moved on to the next part of the party). The party was scheduled to end at 12:45. It was 12:22. I had to ask the young lady at the desk THREE TIMES to check. She was on her phone and also interacting with another associate, who was telling her a clearly-personal story. The associate kept pausing while looking up the information to talk with and laugh with the other employee. I finally had to TAP MY HAND on the counter and asked her a fourth time! She took literally no more than five seconds to âlook it upâ (I donât think she actually did). She then proceeded to tell me that THE PARTY HAD ENDED AND NONE OF THEM WERE IN RHE BUILDING ANYMORE! So I said âjust to be clear, the party is over and my child who was attending left with someone?!?â The other two young ladies said nothing and did not seemed concerned. The associate said âyeah, that party is over and they all leftâ. I ran back and checked all of the rooms and found them in the second bounce room! I was panicked and angry. I will NEVER give Bounce U my business EVER again due to this one incident of negligence. The parents of the child whose party it was, in addition to the other adults there, were very concerned by this lack of communication and professionalism.
I understand most of the staff are teenagers and still learning. There should always be some grace and room for understanding. But THIS situation was absolutely unacceptable! I hope this NEVER happens to anyone ever again, shame on...
Read moreIt was an ok place. The bouncy room they had us in had a lot of tape looking patches on the bouncy stuff. Half of the the other equipment(we had foam ball shooters and things like that) didn't work. And holy cow I like my music loud, but they had the music turned up to eat bleeding. We were yelling to each other the whole time we were in there, like we were at a death metal concert. It was loud!
The actual room for the party was great. They had a throne for my nephew to sit on. Really made him feel special. I'm sorry to the young ladies that they had attending us. I didn't get your namesđ. Those young women were absolutely amazing! Can't sing their praises enough. They took care of our every need from handing out the cake and cutting it for us. To giving all the kids prize bags. Plus just answering the kids incessant questions and all the things the kids wanted to talk about. They were never agitated or act hurried. They would listen intently and get down on the kids level so they could look them in the eyes while they talked. They were able to hurd those kids without issues. A+ young ladies! I really wish I could praise you by name. You were the best part of the experience and the reason the place is...

I canât express enough how much you truly should spend your hard earned money somewhere else. You think itâs going to be a good time? Wrong. Completely rushed from the very beginning, & almost 0 communication as to what is happening. I get they have schedules to pertain to but you canât enjoy your party because youâre moved three different times throughout the not even 2 hours total of being there. Most of the bounce houses were ripped and run down & for the price you think things would be more clean 𫢠An unforgettable experience for my daughters 4th birthday in the worst way, I wish I could redo the whole entire day. My mom had brought in a cupcake cake and before I could even see them or my daughter see them or before we even SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY theyâre ripping through them trying to pass them out to everyone before they even take a bite of the pizza. But, thatâs also a whole other story âthree large pizzasâ $18 each yet, they were medium pizzas from dominos down the roadâŚ.okay. If you read this far, take my advice please and donât make the same...
