I give this location zero stars if I could but had to put one to post this..not sure if it was discrimination or just poor customer service the two girls that work the counter looked stoned out there minds in artesia location… after driving 2 hrs to the mermod Carlsbad location and being told they couldn’t find anyone to work or open the store by an employee in the parking lot sadly just sitting in her car waiting to have someone show up and open the door to work ..I called the company number and asked the operator what’s going on the website said they were open today I drove hours and if they had another location close by and then after driving another half hr to this location in artesia I was greeted reluctantly as if I was bothering and was lied to and told no more 1/2 oz were left when I was in the store and I had called beforehand to confirm they had them in stock so confused now and only after speaking to the operator again after being denied the operator confirmed they did have them in stock and she ended up having to place an order for me over the phone and when I went back in the store to pick up my order the cashier got my order wrong and only gave me half my order and after I asked where the rest was I was told she “forgot to give me the other half of my order” I then asked why did they say they were out of half’s to begin with I drove a long way and when I was in the store 5 mins prior they said they had no more 1/2ozshe just shrugged her shoulder…after pulling out the rest of my order out of a container full of 1/2 oz .not happy with the poor customer service after driving so far and I feel like the artesia location was just discrimination and very poor unprofessional unfriendly customer service…I won’t ever be coming back to this location again - Christian Rodriguez De Jesus **UPDATE after Richard the district manager from Pecos reached out to me about my experience and I went back to the Mermod location they more then made up for the lackluster service at there sister Artesia location and reinstalled my faith in the company’s good vibes and good customer service that made me a fan of Pecos to begin with..I definitely am going to continue shopping with them..Thank...

June 2025 I dont believe in gatekeeping... 50% THC pre rolls is wild! I just got introduced to some of the strongest, most effective, and tasty marijuana LOL that I've ever had. 50% THC! Indica! Wow! October 2024 You guys have 2 packs of Black Ice which is now my favorite. It helps with pain. I was a little disappointed because I wanted more than you guys had in stock. This ain't your dad's chaos cafe! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. My first time in there just happened to be the day my favorite product was on sale. I placed an order online hoping to get in and out quickly due to anxiety and was not disappointed. A very nice person greeted me and showed me to the waiting area, and I waited only a couple of minutes. I met Tiffanie at the counter and she was just awesome, so kind and friendly and I felt welcome. Also, since I saw a couple of reviews complain about the pre-packaged weight, I weighed the two I purchased when I got home. One was 14, the other was 15. I enjoyed the visit and the product, I'll be back. Thank you PVP Artesia...
