Fat Straw Drinks — Restaurant in Artesia

We are not from Artesia…so we pulled up to order and were told we need to call and place the order. They had us pull up behind the car that was behind us. Told us to hurry and place order, we called more than 10x with no answer. Finally had to place order online as fast as we could as we were next in line again. Then we find out our drink had Red Bull. Unfortunately he can’t have Red Bull do to heart. We asked could we get a different drink. The guy said of course. He went to the manager to let them know and he comes back and said, “the manager said you would have to put the order in all over again!” Seriously? I understand the drink was made but the lack of care and customer service. Everyone was so rude and in a rush. You could obviously tell we’ve never been there. You think they’d have a little compassion and...

I’ve attempted to get food 5 different times from here and have never been able to. They have either been closed when hours say they should be open, told me they only serve food at certain times, and even when I came during time they told me they were serving food just to show up and be told they have no food. I’ve attempted to order food through Door Dash just for drivers to show up and it’s closed or not serving food and then have to deal with getting refunds. Extremely...

The place all together is is nice and the food and the drinks are great but when it comes to their customer service💩 I wouldn't give them not give them not even one star. They should probably do something they're good at cuz when it comes to taking orders and talking to people 2 out of 4 of their employees were rude as hell how many times you want me to go around before I can actually get my order . Like it's my fault that I've been waiting for 47 minutes...
