Dollar General — Local services in Ash Township

I want to make it very clear that I am not giving this particular store five stars I am giving the stores employee five stars. I can’t remember her name, beautiful girl with a southern accent, short beautiful black hair, This woman brightens my day every single time I see her! She is kind, she is always working hard, but most importantly unlike the other employees she treats every single person who walks through the door with respect and greets them with a smile and a how ya doin…I have come into the store and been treated so awful by other employees and even the management, 90% of the time they are too busy to come to the register it is more important for them to talk about their pets in their home wife inside the office, but not this girl! I personally think she should be running that store. To the Corporate office, If you guys are actually smart enough to read these reviews you need to pay attention to this employee because she is amazing and you guys will be fools...

Not sure why I still go here every dollar General I enter is a mess and super unorganized. This one was no exception. Stuff was every where the bonus to the mess was we found some good deals on something had been looking into buying but we only found it because it was outside equipment in the bath accessories section. Nope not misplaced by a customer it was on a sku label hook like it was meant to be there. So enter at your own risk. I had my jaw broken by an employee at a different dollar General and his manager covered for him. So I am beginning to think dollar General just keeps everything a mess including a larger part of its employees. To be fair we did get a lady named Ann who did help us to be honest I am not sure she even worked there lol but a sweet elderly lady showed us where everything...

Had a bad experience today in the store over the penny items called corporate 3x district manager 5x and when he finally called back at 5 he acted like he didnt know what was going on and when i confronted him he lied told me that he didnt give that order i think i can trust employees to tell me the truth since ive been going to that store pretty much every other day sometimes daily and never had issue in 6 yrs except for today and i know the ladies in the store follow their orders that the corporate office and leaders put forth but now every thing is resolved and the night manager Toni and i had a nice chat and i let her know what the district manager said but...
