shuttle service: A great experience and extremely helpful staff. If you are ready to leave from the walled garden area; shuttle pickup will let you off at the stairway in at the base of the hill. This shortens the walk to Lot A on the hill (statue) and Lot B (the walking lot). Lot E, with accessible parking Round-trip ADA shuttle service to Biltmore House from the Park & Ride Building Round-trip from Biltmore House to the Conservatory in the Walled Garden from April through December. Shuttle uses the old road that loops around the spring garden for the return trip. Some older passholders may use the road as it once was the way out of the estate.

Biltmore Parking lot C is the only one close enough to walk to the castle. Should you need to return to your vehicle, it is only a nice stroll back there. Get what you must and resume your time travel with ease. Had you chosen any other parking area you are waiting for shuttle transportation. Read and understand the brochure sent to you when you reserved your time to visit, then follow the clearly marked signs. Early mid-morning should result in finding a space. You're welcome!

The grounds are well kept and the staff is helpful and friendly! It is an inspiring estate which should serve as an excellent 2 day trip down history lane!

We checked online and tickets were listed as $69. We drove two hours to get there at 9 am. We found tickets were actually around twice that. We ended up paying over $250 for two of us.

The web page said nothing about having to reserve a time to enter the house. The desk told us the first available time was 4:30 pm. When we started to walk away, she suddenly "found" an open time at 11:45 am.

After waiting over an hour for our entry time, the entire tour took us only 37 minutes to complete. It took us over an hour to get a shuttle back to our car and find the winery for our included wine tasting.

We got to the winery, found a parking place, and walked the half mile to the entrance. It was then they told us that too has to be scheduled, and they have no available slots for the rest of the day.

Being hungry and in need of a beer, we went to the Pub beside the Winery. We were told there was over an hour wait for a spot at the bar and twice that for a table. A look at the menu showed a simple burger and fries ran around $25.

We left hungry, thirsty, and disappointed. This place was without a doubt the biggest rip-off I've ever suffered. All total I spent over $300 for two cups of coffee and a 37 minute walk through five or six rooms and two or three hallways of the house. It wasn't worth a...

Beautiful house, but get early tickets, it's not as packed. We drove in at 8:30 and luckily got into parking lot a. Closest ones, otherwise u get shuttled in. Our tickets were for 10:15. We got some coffee, and walked the beautiful gardens. Absolutely amazing views no matter where u went. We got into the line at 10:00, and going thru that house was great. It's an amazing glimpse into the past. I highly recommend it! Then we went to antler hill an winery and went to the wine tasting we signed up for at the Biltmore estates, and ate outside, bought our food from the bus by the creamery. When we left people were really starting to come in! It was a...
