Frustrating Experience with Electrolux Repairs
Our freezer broke on May 22nd, and everything inside thawed. We contacted the warranty provider and were directed to Electrolux for repairs. Although the unit is only two years old, we were told the compressor needed replacement. A technician diagnosed the issue and scheduled a repair for June 12th, saying a part would be shipped to our home before our appointment.
Despite confirming the appointment, no one showed up. We were then told there was no record of the appointment and rescheduled for June 18th. Again, no one came—this time they claimed the appointment was canceled due to missing parts. Only then did we learn that four parts were needed, not one, and they couldn’t schedule a new visit until all parts had arrived.
Oddly, the parts have been arriving in separate shipments, and we’re still missing one, all from Electrolux. The computer generated an email stating we needed an appointment so to my surprise the next available appointment isn’t until July 3rd. Meanwhile, we’ve been unable to use our freezer and a large quantity of meat had been waiting for our pick up which we have no place to put it. So...
   Read moreThis is one of the worst places to deliver tooo!! They don’t give clear instructions how to get checked In and they did not have any one working at front desk that will help you!! I had to keep stopping folks to get help and one guy finally spoke English that could help and I got here at 3pm the one girl told me to come back at 3:30pm I came back at 3:40pm and they told me that the second shift would be here to help me at 3:30pm how can they do that when it is already 3:40pm and I am standing right in front of the receiving office and there are 2 ladies sitting in there watching me and not helping at all!! This company really needs to teach these folks to be considerate of the truckers time and effort and be one time , because if we are late then there’s a huge problem with us and our company and they may make us wait a whole other day to do our delivery !! I have once again asked someone in the office to help and he just brushed me off and said he is not receiving!! This is HORRIBLE!! I have now been here for 1hr and 20 minutes and no one came yet to check me in!! Only good thing is they load very fast and the guy that finally came to check me...
   Read moreThis company sent me a post card to purchase a water filter for my Frigidaire refrigerator, it was personalized to me. I would assume they have my info form when I registered the product online. I paid, waited 10 days for the filter, it arrives as the wrong one. I call, they tell me the correct one is $15 more. I asked them to mail me the correct one and I I could justpay the difference and explained that it was their error not mine. They told me "No, we don't do that, you have to buy the whole thing. It will be 7-10 days for your refund", which they are mailing me. Unacceptable worst customer...
