I brought my dog here to get her nails trimmed and it was such a traumatizing experience. First, there were totally worked up dogs barking territorially the entire time. “I don’t crate them” says the owner, “they’re free range.” By that she means I give them a tiny fenced-in yard next to the busy highway and ignore them while I work on other paying clients so they can freely bark their heads off and create an entirely scary environment for every dog who walks in. Plus the place is filthy. There was no system in place to smoothly allow customers who were leaving with their dogs to avoid bumping into, literally (more trauma) you and your dog as you enter. She did not take any time to create connection with the dog first. The area she took my dog to while working on her was not cleaned from the prior dogs...hair all over. And while she worked she did nothing to soothe my completely freaking out dog by this point. “No treats till she’s done...that would be rewarding bad behavior.” She said to me as by this point I had come into the back area to try to soothe my dog while she blithely went ahead sawing away with her dremel tool. The unattended dog on the next grooming stand was by this point joining the chorus of freaking out barking dogs in the background. I will NEVER return to that dump of a “doggie spa” and I would suggest you look elsewhere too. Two stars because at least she fit me in at the end of her workday when she...

Our dog Forrest has now been groomed here twice. He got so excited when we brought him to the second grooming. The owners are incredibly sweet and talented. Absolutely love the fact that the dogs get to play together while they wait. Forrest is always so soft and handsome when we pick him up. The price is very reasonable as well.
