Very friendly and professional team. This type of training range is much needed in today's approach to events involving real life scenarios. That you just cannot simulate during live fire. This type of training and interaction rather you are a law abiding citizen, first responder, law enforcement officer, correctional officer, private security, etc. Will allow a more hands on approach with weapon systems, while introducing communication and de-escalation techniques. I am looking forward to seeing all the possibilities Hot Shoots has to offer. Rather you are well experienced or have never even dreamt of touching a firearm but curiosity is calling. There is something for every individual that comes through their doors. This establishment and the Milo training system. My experience at Hot Shots was incredibly beneficial for my training! Although I’ve shot a pistol a few times before, I never felt fully confident handling a loaded weapon. The use of laser guns and behavior-based scenarios was extremely helpful in building my confidence. Jeff did a fantastic job answering questions and paying close attention to detail, helping me improve my grip, stance, and responses in various situations. He also engaged our group with thoughtful discussion questions, deepening our understanding of warning signs in certain scenarios. What a wonderful experience! We hosted a birthday party at Hot Shots. Everything from booking to the event day was seamless. Jan Terri and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service provided, the rooms, the training and honestly everything we paid for. We are already planning our next event at Hot Shots because of the fun that everyone had and the customer service we received. One thing we were surprised with was the knowledge that came with the fun. Not only are you having fun but Jeff is teaching you things as you're enjoying yourself.
