Super Friendly, Willing to teach newer players the ropes and has a very relaxed atmosphere.
The regular clientele are awesome and you can almost always find a casual game, sometimes you can even borrow a deck if you are new to the format.
They hold regular events weekly and everyone is usually pretty excited to talk and give pointers and tips for any game and format or game you could ask about. I don't think I've had a question go unanswered here.
As for more technical things, I've had no issues buying or selling cards and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful with the process.
