Salon is small and generally quite busy, so it can be somewhat crowded and not as relaxing an experience as at some other nail salons. But my nails always look great when I'm done! They have a lot of color choices in regular enamel, gel and dipping powder too. (Their powder selection is, overall, the best of any salon in the area.) I was disappointed with my pedicure, however. It was rushed, the tech barely used the pumice stone (a couple of quick swipes and that's it), and no leg massage. My toenails were done okay but my feet were still rough and I didn't feel relaxed at all, as I usually do after a good pedi with leg/foot massage. Brow waxing can be hit or miss, dependent on which tech does it. My brows are shaped well, but there are often a few stray hairs that I have to tweeze when I get home. (And they double dip same stick into wax, which many salons unfortunately do). Mani and pedi tools shoud be fresh for each customer, but are not. Nail clippers, etc., are usually just grabbed out of a drawer and have bits of stuff (eeww, cuticle?!?) stuck to them, rather than out of an autoclave sterilization packet. Pedi basin liners should be used (or at least offered) since basins are only rinsed not scrubbed and sanitized, but I've never seen liners here. Dremel bits should be cleaned between customers, perhaps soaked in alcohol since cuticles are occasionally nicked, even drawing a tiny bit of blood on occasion when the Dremels are used. Same towel is usually on mani table from previous customers, with their nail "dust" embedded. I do worry about many cleaning shortcuts. (What is point of disposable emery sponges if regular emeryboards and other tools are not cleaned after each and every customer?! My previous salon in another state offered (for a fee) the option of having my own kit in a plastic box with my name that contained items just for me: emeryboards, Dremel bit covers and pumice/abrasive foot smoothers and scrubbers), plus all Dremel bits were soaked in alcohol between use, and other metal tools (nail clippers/cuticle nippers) were washed then sterilized in autoclaves after each customer.
Would give 5 stars for the technicians' skills regarding manicures, color selections offered at salon, and technicians' pleasantness; maybe 2 stars for rushed, mediocre pedis; and only 1 for worsening...

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆
I have been a loyal customer at Nails Allure for several years, but after enduring countless disappointments, I have finally reached my breaking point. The abysmal customer service provided by this salon is utterly unacceptable. It is appalling how they treat their patrons and rush through services, leaving no room for enjoyment or relaxation.
The staff at Nails Allure seem to have completely forgotten the essence of their profession: serving customers. Instead of creating a pleasant atmosphere, they exude an air of impatience and indifference. It's as if they have no regard for the fact that we, the clients, are the reason they are in business. The way they speak to you is nothing short of ridiculous; there is no politeness or respect in their interactions.
One of the most frustrating aspects is the rushed and rude manner in which they go about their work. As a customer, I expect to receive a service that is both thorough and meticulous. However, at Nails Allure, the entire process feels like a conveyor belt operation. They hurry through treatments, leaving you feeling unsatisfied and robbed of the indulgence you paid for.
Adding insult to injury, the pricing at Nails Allure is consistently inconsistent. It is perplexing how they can't seem to maintain a standard pricing structure. Each time I visit, I am met with a different bill, leaving me feeling bewildered and taken advantage of. As a paying customer, I have the right to be treated with respect and transparency, including fair and consistent prices.
After years of enduring subpar service and a complete lack of respect from the staff, I have reached my limit. I refuse to subject myself to the disappointment and frustration that comes with visiting Nails Allure. It is with great disappointment that I announce my departure as a customer.
To anyone considering visiting Nails Allure, I implore you to think twice. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a salon that values its customers and provides a truly satisfying experience. Nails Allure has lost sight of what it means to serve and respect their clientele, and they have lost me as a customer in...
Read moreWhere do I even begin with Nails Allure? My recent visit to this nail salon, where Andi is supposedly an expert in nails, was an absolute disaster. I had been going to this salon for over a year because I’m not from the area and haven’t found a new nails salon, enduring subpar service and overpriced treatments, but this time was the final straw.
Andi, the so-called nail technician, clearly lacks any sense of professionalism or basic customer service skills. When I politely expressed my dissatisfaction with the color choice and asked for a change from orange to red, I was met with outright hostility. Andi had the audacity to raise his voice and rudely speak to me, all because I had a different opinion on color perception. It became evident that Andi's attitude was not only unprofessional but also tinged with racial bias, as I always see how white customers are treated, is as if the price is different we all pay the same amount!
Speaking of prices, Nails Allure is ridiculously overpriced. They charge exorbitant amounts for mediocre nail treatments, and the quality of their work certainly does not justify the cost. It's clear they are more interested in squeezing every penny out of their customers rather than providing a satisfactory experience.
To add insult to injury, their punctuality is abysmal. While they demand strict adherence to their own schedule, they have no problem making you wait if they are running late. However, if you happen to be a mere five - 10 minutes late, they will refuse to see you, showing a complete lack of flexibility and understanding.
I have finally reached my breaking point with Nails Allure and Andi. The combination of unprofessionalism, racial bias, inflated prices, and poor punctuality makes this salon an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being mistreated and wasting your hard-earned money on subpar nail services. Save yourself the frustration and find a salon that values their customers and provides...
