I have always visited this subway location because is in my neighborhood and had great customer service. All this has recently change, apparently is under new management. Once I went there after the COVID crisis, order my food, the place was empty and there were tables available to sit. I asked her to make sure if I could eat inside, the manager told me in a stern voice 'yes you have 15 minutes'. Ok...? I went back another day to order a sandwich for a friend, when she was almost finished I got the urge to get one for myself and asked for another one, she told me in an angy tone "you should have asked while I was fixing the first one. WHAT? There was no body in the restaurant. I told her that I had the choice to change my mind. Then came the fixings, she dont give you more than a second to tell her what you want, gets agravated if you are looking at the veggies choices too long. I am never going back because is only her and her daughter there, (I assume because they are both of indian decent) there were 2 long time employees there, very profressional but I have not seen them lately, my guess is that they quiit. She spoiled my lunch then had the guts to tell me have a nice day! I did not say nothing. Maybe she will come back down to customer...
Read moreVERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've never been treated so terribly, in something that should have been no more than a ten minute job. The workers' lack of clarity caused confusion and resulted in my sandwich being thrown out and them having to start all over again. Besides that two female workers would continuously be whispering about my brother and I while we were only a couple of feet away. When I thought I had enough of their sass, they proceeded to tell me that all the confusion that was caused was my fault. I then confronted them of the lack of respect they were giving me not only as a customer but also a person. Being told that them being rude was my fault was the last thing I expected when I walked into that store. I would never recommend this Subway location if these two women continue to work there. It's unfortunate that workers would treat customers so terribly, and I really hope that things change at this location if Subway wants people to continue...
Read moreWe had one hour left before closing, and it was pouring outside. My nephew had an umbrella, he was then told by the lazy lady working there to take it out because she didn't want to mop. He did it politely, even shook off the damn thing outside. Then, my husband goes to get a drink, and a few minutes later my brother tries to buy a couple of cookies, and what do we get? Denied service! She kicks us out because she wants to clean up early. Can you believe it?
My mom gave her a piece of her mind, told her how damn rude she was, but did she care? Not one bit! We're paying customers, for crying out loud! Polite the whole damn time, and what do we get? The boot! And when we asked for the manager, who do we get? The same rude lady! No choice but to leave empty-handed, with her sour face staring us down. Unbelievable!
