Ashley did my hair and Christine did my makeup. They did an AMAZING job! I paid for the mobile service so they could come to our hotel in Snowmass, and it was well worth the extra cost. First off, I do not want to take away from our amazing makeup stylist, Ashley! She was amazing, fun to work with, and absolutely crushed it. Unfortunately, this business does not reflect her work and commitment. We spent a ton of money for hair and makeup services for my wedding day on myself and my bridesmaids. This was an expensive service, but trusted it. The morning of my wedding, the hair stylist called out sick and they sent a “replacement” hair stylist who I knew nothing of and pretty much winged my wedding hair. After being disappointed but felt guilty of her own situation, I dealt with it and emailed the owner asking for a conversation about our negative experience. It’s been several days and have not heard from them since this happened, which I’m very disappointed. Very disappointed in this salon. I had scheduled the appointment the day before because Friday was going to be my last night in town and my boyfriend and I were planning on going out to dinner. I just had shoulder surgery so I was excited to look nice since I hadn't been able to do my hair! When I arrived they had no idea who I was, said I wasn't actually on the schedule and the stylist already left for the day. I told them I gave them my credit card info and was talking to them a little over an hour before the appointment to see if I needed my hair to be wet, but the woman at the salon said "yeah that's not actually us you're texting with, so there's nothing I can do".
