Our first time and this is NOT TO BE MISSED! So very well done! The owner greets you on the way in and sets the mood, you then walk through at your own pace, walk through slowly and soak it all in otherwise your going to want to go right back in because your not inside for a long time, I recommend not doing it as a large group so you'll get more individual jump scares inside. The smell and lighting and props are really something else and you will be scared! We are going back for lights out night, but if you've never done this before make sure you first do the regular tour to see all the amazing details. You won't be let down with this, GREAT JOB to all who have put this together, you nailed it! We cant wait to go back. John & James Los Osos.

Our first time and this is NOT TO BE MISSED! So very well done! The owner greets you on the way in and sets the mood, you then walk through at your own pace, walk through slowly and soak it all in otherwise your going to want to go right back in because your not inside for a long time, I recommend not doing it as a large group so you'll get more individual jump scares inside. The smell and lighting and props are really something else and you will be scared! We are going back for lights out night, but if you've never done this before make sure you first do the regular tour to see all the amazing details. You won't be let down with this, GREAT JOB to all who have put this together, you nailed it! We cant wait to go back. John & James Los Osos.

I donā€™t usually leave reviews to places but Iā€™m so disappointed. I drove all the way there only to find out that they arenā€™t selling tickets at the door on Halloween night because they sold out online. The website clearly states that they will sell a limited number of tickets at the door and doesnā€™t say they wonā€™t sell any if they are sold out. I got there early to make sure I could get some.The lady at the box office was very rude and started being confrontational as soon as I asked her if there was any way we could get a ticket and they sold tickets to the people right in front of us. Then said we could come back on Valentineā€™s Day to come in the haunted house. Why the heck would I want to go on Valentineā€™s Day. Definitely giving one star because of how I was treated when I just wanted to have a good time...

This has always been a great place to get your scare on. All the people working do a great job. This year they had you get tickets online, then come up to the booth to get actual tickets to hand to the gentleman in the front. The lines do get long. And it can get confusing because you select a time slot but anyone can get in front of you. The line is a little disorganized but I am sure they will work on it for next time. We will continue...
