We love our townhouse. It's beautiful and functional. The community itself offers many amenities that other communities do not offer. All of the appliances and lighting is modern, chic, and elegant. With it being new, we have had some issues especially with pests which was quickly handled. The hardware for the bathrooms are loose and appear too heavy for the walls. I am a little disappointed that there is no extra storage space downstairs or upstairs. It is needed throughout the townhouse. Also disappointed that the garage is very compact and difficult to put two SUV's underneath. The chandelier is Beautiful and very Elegant, just needs to be a little higher. I'm so scared that I will forget to duck and one or more of the crystals will fall. Please don't think that we don't love our townhouse.... We Absolutely Do. It is an Absolute pleasure to live here and we have such great neighbors. I enjoy walking along the sidewalks and can't wait for the community to have a cookout underneath the gazebo. We recently moved in a couple of weeks ago, and so far, we absolutely love it here! The area is fantastic—very family-friendly with so many great amenities nearby. There's a park right across the street, complete with a dog park, playground, tennis court, and basketball court. Our dog has plenty of space to run around, as the dog parks are conveniently located just outside our garage.

The home itself is beautiful, with modern features that really give a luxury living feel. Christian and Maria have been exceptional from day one—super friendly, helpful, and even checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly after we settled in.

We did experience a minor ant issue, likely because it's a new build. However, we called maintenance, and they responded the same day. A few ant traps did the trick, and everything is fine now. We do love our little townhouse. As with everything you run into some issues. My biggest complaint would be the maintenance. When I say maintenance I don’t mean the individuals, I mean how many we have to put in. For the town houses being new we have had several issues with needing things fixed (so far they have been). It is just a little frustrating with how much we pay for the homes. Other than that I cannot complain about anything else. The management here is amazing.
