I want to take a moment and rave about Prestige Dental of Humble. When you first come in the door, they have a very welcoming lobby with an enticing selection of coffee, tea, or water to choose from. The chairs are comfortable so you don’t feel like you’re at the doctor’s office.

The front office staff are very kind and will make sure that all of your paperwork is in order, and submitted in a timely manner. That way you can go to your appointment instead of showing up a good half hour or more early to sit in the lobby filling out paperwork.

The dental assistants are quick to make you feel at ease and make sure that everything is ready for the dentist. They are also quite capable and can handle any task given to them to make your experience smoother.

The dentists are amazing at their job and have a genuinely kind disposition . They will show you exactly what is going on with your mouth with x-rays, and will explain what all needs to be done or what needs attention. From there, they are able to map out a game plan to make sure that you end up pleased with the work once completed.

I did not think it was possible to have a 5 star dental experience. however I did today at Prestige Dental Humble. I had a phenomenal dental experience with Dr.Doan. His expertise and commitment to patient education stood out, ensuring I felt informed and at ease throughout my visit. The personalized care I received was exceptional, creating a comfortable atmosphere with a focus on preventative care. My teeth look and feel amazing. Let's not forget his team. The front desk receptionist and the dental assistant had the same energy. They were knowledgeable and are a great asset to the team. Most importantly they were on time. The check in process was a breeze and you are able to electronically fill out your forms prior to your visit. They kept me informed through text and phone call prior to my visit. They even called me to inform me of my out of pocket cost prior to my visit. The office's convenient location added to the overall positive experience along with the efforts to provide a calming environment with decor. It was aesthetically pleasing. I really tried to like this Dental office. Its a nice, very new office. But the Dr, Dr. Doan really didn't seem to care much when I told him about my anxiety at my initial appointment. His response to me was, "I mean you just got to find a Dr you vibe with but either way you need to get this work done." I did what he told me which was see an endodontist and get a root canal. Had a horrible experience there. Telling them about that experience, the office just seemed to struggle to have empathy for my situation. It was literally like pulling teeth to ask for any kind of comfort. I've been in pain for a cracked tooth that I initially went in to be seen and was told my other tooth was more urgent. So I've been in pain this entire time and still am but its like there no personal care for the patient its just a money grab. I went to see a new dentist today that had the total opposite bedside manner.
