Listen! If this man knows ANYTHING it’s PCs. I have been having a BRUTAL time with figuring mine out so I called MULTIPLE places even took it to a place and had it looked at for them to tell me NOTHING WAS WRONG yet I paid them to check my hardware that they didn’t do!!! Todd however was super helpful I explained my issues and we went thru things one at a time. He stated to get new rams! Guess what it was?! I am assuming when a storm came by and knocked out my power it damaged my PSU, but in the process it FRIED my rams. 10/10 recommendation this man!!!! I was dead in the water and Todd responded to my call immediately over holiday and even offered to come to my office early Jan 1 to get me back in business.
