I purchased a speaker less than a month ago. Was told we could do a simple "in-house" swap within 6 months and after that, up to 1 year they would have to deal with filing a claim with Memphis. Today I dealt with the claimed owner(not certain. Lobby was like a trash heap and he was laid out on the couch on the phone.) I felt as if I was a problem. I could hardly get him to even check it out. Not to mention the unprofessional bad language. He told me I could get a speaker faster than him. Best place to go to if you want someone who you can trust to do the job right and make sure it's done right. There is no one better and knows more about car audio than Oran, he works extremely hard and will not give up until he knows it's done 110% perfect. Only person that I trust to leave my Jeep or anything else. UPDATE I had an issue where someone tried to rip wire out of my Jeep and messed up wiring, although they were not successful it still had my speakers sounding terrible. Took it by Elite Audio to have Oran and his guy look at it, they worked on it while it was windy, 32 degrees and flurries in just hoodies and got it working and sound crystal clear....

I scheduled an appointment to have my 2007 f 150 tinted , dropped it off specifically told them in email and text they agreed to do my work. Well when picked up I did not have 20 or 25 percent on windshield like ask, they took it upon there self to put whatever they had on my vehicle which was 30 percent he says , um so when do business just do what they want to vehicle without contacting owner? I’ve reached out to them in txt and called they are avoiding me. I’m wanting the tint removed from windshield and refund so I can get what I ask for else where ! Not to mention when picked up my truck from them not turning interior light of my battery was dead had...
